- Thermal combustion and regenerative technology, which is by far the most widely used technology in Italy, and where Cematek boasts recent achievements in important Italian companies;
- Catalytic combustion technology, both of recovering and regenerative kind, of more particular and specific use;
- Solvent concentration Technology, through absorption and desorption, mainly applied in combination with a recovering combustion.
In this last technology – which constitutes a niche application particularly suitable for high quantities of polluted air with low concentration of solvents, Cematek is very competitive both from a technical and an assistance point of view, with state of the art services. Cematek has equipment to verify the functional performance of adsorbents and catalysts and to experiment with variants and innovations applied on air purification cycles; it takes advantage of operations and process development skills to analyze particular and specific solutions for potential customers; it maintains relationships with research centres for the analysis and qualification of adsorbents and catalytic materials, for collaborations in financed projects in the environmental industry.
In the field of air purification from inorganic pollutants, Cematek designs solutions with both plate column and packed bed absorption technologies.
